The Move-in/out Clean

All Rooms:

Dusting of all surfaces, including shelves, picture frames,
lamps, furniture, and decor.
Vacuuming carpets and rugs, and mopping hard floors.
Emptying all trash bins and replacing liners.
Wiping down mirrors and glass surfaces for a streak-free shine.
Dusting baseboards, light switches, and door handles.
Cleaning behind and underneath furniture
(as much as physically possible).
Dusting ceiling fans and light fixtures.

Kitchen:

Cleaning and sanitizing countertops and sink.
Wiping down exterior of appliances
(refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher).
Cleaning stovetop and control knobs.
Wiping down cabinet doors and handles.
Cleaning inside and outside of the microwave.
Cleaning inside of the oven and refrigerator.
Cleaning and disinfecting trash can.

Bathrooms:

Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, including countertops,
sink, and toilet.
Cleaning and scrubbing shower/tub area.
Wiping down mirrors and fixtures for a streak-free shine.
Cleaning cabinet exteriors.

Bedrooms:

Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, including countertops,

Ceiling fan blades (hand wiped) & light fixtures (hand wiped in place/not removed)

Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped w/microfiber)
Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand-wiped)
Baseboards (hand wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
All Doors (hand wiped)
Light switch plates
Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevices along the edge where bugs, animal hair, or carpet fibers collect).
Vacuum air return vents within reach (some high ceilings can only be reached w/extendable duster).

In your Kitchen we’ll clean:
